DUWO

I got the first bill from my accomodation office just before the New Year. It arrived at my box on Friday. Since I was too lazy to check my mailbox early in the morning by the time I did it, it was too late for the visit to DUWO. They are closed at 12pm on Friday.

In my contract, it is mentioned that I should pay my bill before 1st of the month. The story with my bank is yet another story. The problem with the bill was that I got it twice. Two letters, different sums. "What is going on?", I thought. I've decided to pay one bill with my rent. Another bill was with very strange sum... And no explanation, nothing.

Today I've called DUWO office and talked couple minutes with the personnel. Curious, the lady was confused with the sum and was not able to give any explanation. Her only guess was that somehow during the process of converting the old system into the new system, such a mistake occured... which sounds really stupid.

Finally I was told that if there would be no more letters from DUWO, I should just forget about the bill.

It is "amazing" - first, DUWO wanted to charge everyone for the broken lamp bulbs; then, they sent strange bills and give no excuse or whatsoever...

Amazing...
