Lightning 0.9 problem with thunderbird 2.0

OK, that is the most bizarre problem and solution ever.

Lightning 0.9 add-on for thunderbird 2.0 didn't allow to create any calendar and failed to work with Google calendars as well. The reason was that thunderbird 2.0 could not figure out the proper timezone. The solution is to install libstdc++5 and reinstall Lightning 0.9.
