MP3 support in Amarok problem

Got a problem with Amarok playing MP3.

It played the music yesterday, but after upgrade of the system started complaining "No MP3 support". Installing all kind of codecs and reinstalling amarok didn't help. Though root user was able to play mp3 files in amarok without any problem. The solution was just to remove .xine folder from the home directory.
